Akshi Tarpana Treatment

The term “Akshi” or “Netra” means the eyes and “tarpana” means nourishment. In this therapy tepid medicated ghee is made to remain in the eyes for a conjectured time in a reservoir made with black gram. The therapy reduces pain and burning sensation in the eyes, strengthens the eye muscles and is very effective treatment for eye ailments like refractive errors, retinopathies, fatigue, cataract, ptosis, Ocular muscle weakness etc.
